The contracting authority will have a continuous dialogue with the chosen tenderer in the contract period on which solution is the most rational at each place. An element in this assessment will be the fact that many of our washing machines are old and have high maintenance costs/replacement costs.Used mops and cloths shall be collected at agreed places, in accordance with stated frequencies at the same time that clean ones are delivered to the same places. The contract will be entered into for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for 1 + 1 year. The option right is connected to each sub-delivery, cf. the tender documentation point 1.9.

Tenderers must have delivered their assignments and paid tax and VAT. Documented by: Tax Certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months old calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have the capacity and experience to ensure stable deliveries throughout the contract period. Documented by: 1) An overview of the company's manpower and resources; 2) An overview of 3 comparable deliveries (references) carried out in the last 3 years. Use annex 9 References.

Tenderers shall have an environmental management system. Documented by a print out of the tenderer's environmental management system. If a company is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent third party verified system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate.
