Kristiansand kommune requests tender offers on the delivery of tradesman services and materials for the execution of service and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's buildings. This procurement concerns Carpentry and Joinery work with delivery of services and materials.
The agreement has a duration of 1 year, with an option to extend for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year, or a total of 4 years if the options to extend are utilised.
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a agreement with up to 3 tenderers in prioritised order, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tender offers.
Minor assignments are to be ordered consecutively under the framework agreement items. Major assignments are to have call-offs via mini competitions.

The contract contains requirements regarding wages and working conditions, documentation and sanctions cf. the law about public procurements §7 cf. regulations relating to wages and working conditions in public contracts, as well as requirements for the use of apprentices.
