The tender contest has been published previously but was cancelled due to an error in the tender documents. The error was due to an illegal contract award criterion. Kristiansund municipality has acquired the property and would like to develop it for office premises for its own entities. The building, which is located next to the Town Hall, shall be included in the term ‘Town Hall Square’. In the long term the Town Hall and Vågeveien 4 will be connected with a lamella between them, but this is not included in the project.
