Kilemoen water treatment facility — E71 ground and outdoor work

Ringerike municipality invites tenderers to submit tenders for work for the Kilemoen water treatment facility project. The project consists of, amongst other things, constructing a new water treatment facility and expanding the basin capacity at Kilemoen.
This competition is for ground and outdoor work:
— The existing raw water pipeline, DN 600 must be altered for approx. 150 m as it now lies in an area planned for the building extension.
— New water manhole in concrete cast on site, with branches from the existing 600 mm cast iron pipe.
— Various pipeline ditches with PE-pipes in dimensions 315 mm to 630 mm.
— Pre-loading of ground for a new pure water basin, height approx. 3 m, diameter approx. 30 m.
— Excavation of a construction pit for the new building.
— Establishment of 3 lagoons for the infiltration of water from filter flushing.
— Refilling around the building.
— Internal roads and sites, as well as completed terrain work on the site.
A site inspection will be held on Thursday, 31.3.2016, 13:00 at Kilemoen elevated basin, Vestre Ådal 15, Hønefoss.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Tax certificate, VAT certificate. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian.
Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation: Credit rating for the tenderer, less than 1 year old, issued by a certified credit rating company. If this is not available, the annual accounts for the last 3 years, including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent contracts. Documentation: Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important, relevant deliveries, hereunder information on the value, scope, type of delivery, time frame and recipient (name, telephone number and email address).
