Kilemoen water treatment facility — E41 Electro technical installations

Ringerike municipality invites tenderers to submit tenders for work for the project: Kilemoen water treatment plant.
Hønefoss has its water supply from ground water wells at Begna, via Kilemoen, where there currently is an elevated basin with equipment for airing and possibly adding chlorine to the drinking water. The facility at Kilemoen shall be extended with a new process plant as the manganese content has increased, so that the manganese can be removed from the drinking water. New UV installations shall be installed as a part of the process plant and a new clean water basin shall be constructed in addition to the existing 1. The project will be carried out with 6 joint contracts. This competition is for E41 Electro technical installations. NS8405 with some changes will be used as the general contract terms.
The procurement consists of the following:
— Main feed pillar with intake and distributions;
— Aggregate for back-up power supply, 250kW;
— General electrical installations in buildings, with lighting, power sockets, etc;
— Installater work for HVAC, for all equipment in HVAC rooms;
— The electrical installations in the existing buildings are 230V. The new installations will have their own 400V transformer. The existing installations shall be changed to 400V with a separate outlet from the new feed pillar;
— Fire alarm system.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Tax certificate, VAT certificate. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian.

Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation: Credit rating for the tenderer, less than 1 year old, issued by a certified credit rating company. If this is not available the annual accounts for the last 3 years, including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent contracts. Documentation: Tenderers shall attach a list of the most important, relevant deliveries, hereunder information about the value, scope, type of delivery, time frame and recipient (name, telephone number and email address). References will only be contacted if required.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have good implementation ability and the capacity to fulfil this assignment. Documentation: Account of personnel, technical equipment, etc. which the tenderer has at their disposition for implementation of the contract/assignment.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have the necessary certification for carrying out the work. Documentation: Documentation of central certification or similar. Documentation for UTF and KUT for the fire alarm system.

Requirement: The contractor or any sub-contractors shall be registered in the Electrical Company Register. Documentation: Documentation on the scope and extent: Engineering design services for electrical installations — Installation and maintenance of electrical installations.

Requirement: The company shall have a good and well-functioning system for the SHA and HSE requirements. Documentation: HSE documentation.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have a well-functioning quality assurance system, with routines for the necessary checks before and after execution. Documentation: Documentation of a QA system.
