This competition is for a pre-qualification for contract E21 Construction work including HVAC.

Ringerike municipality shall construct a new water treatment facility and expand the basin capacity at Kilemoen. The facility is a part of Ringerike waterworks, which currently supplies approx. 24 000 subscribers. The facility will have a building with a process hall of approx. 29 x 11 m with a ceiling height of approx. 8 m. The technical rooms and personnel rooms will be a part of the same building, with the floor on the ground and with 2 storeys. Ground area approx. 400 m

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate confirming that the tenderer has paid his tax, social security contributions and VAT, not older than 6 months calculated from when the deadline expires. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers shall be credit worthy and have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Documentation: Credit rating for the tenderer, less than 1 year old, issued by a certified credit rating company. Annual accounts including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement for the last 3 years (a short version).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: Tenderers shall have experience from projects of an equivalent character and size (not necessarily water and sewage facilities). Documentation: Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important, relevant deliveries in the last 5 years, including information on the value, scope, type of delivery, time frame and recipient (name, telephone number and email address). References will only be contacted if required.

Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity. Documentation: An account of the personnel, technical equipment, etc. in the company's organisation, as well as any apprentice scheme.

Requirement: He must have the necessary certifications in accordance with the Planning and Building Act as responsible executor for the areas that are included in the contract construction and HVAC and have a well-functioning quality assurance system. Documentation: Copy of certificates. Documentation of the quality assurance system.

Requirement: The companies that are included in the application shall have a good and well-functioning system for SHA and HSE requirements. Documentation: HSE documentation.
