Emphasis is put on the fact that the framework agreement does not cover new buildings, as these are covered in their contract. There can, however, be a need for some consultancy for the preparation of requirement specifications for new buildings.The contract period is subject to a separate framework agreement being established for locks and fittings for Eiendom Bolig. Eiendom Bolig operates and maintains the municipality's approx. 2 050 houses and flats and it currently makes up less than 10 % of the total volume within the locks and fittings category.Furthermore, there are reservations on the volume that is in and a part of the announced project ‘Safer Daily Routine’ for Asker municipality and Bærum municipality, in which e-locks are included. Citizens/users with individual decisions on assistance/aid measures, and who live in private or municipal housing, shall be included in a service contract that also includes the implementation of e-locks.Based on the consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs will be approx. a non-binding 5 000 000-7 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
