The project's gross area is 54 600 m². The project is situated at ‘Vestbanetomten’ at the City Hall Square in Oslo. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property is mainly carrying out the project with joint NS-8405 contracts. K603 is one of a total of 19 major contracts.

The new National Museum shall furnish a total of 11 magazines in the new building.
Gross area: approx. 7,000 m2. The furnished area is estimated to approx. 4 500 m². The magazines are distributed over the following floors:
— Basement (1st basement )
— Ground floor (ground floor)
—1st floor (1st floor)
— 2nd floor (2nd floor)
— 3rd floor (3rd floor)

The assignment consists of 3 parts:
— Detailed engineering design services
— Track laying in accordance with the progress plan, approved by the Directorate of Public Construction and Property.

— Trail operation and service.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.

Documentation:

1. A description shall be submitted of up to three reference projects with comparative value with information about i.e.:

— the name of the project

— contracting authority

— the project's size in m² and cost

— type of building

— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT

— type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project)

— the firm's assignments/role in the project

— start-up date and completion date (year). If the project has not yet been completed, an account shall be given of what stage the project is at.

If the company/ies who will undertake the designing are other than the executing turnkey contractor, or if the reference projects under no. 1 above are not turnkey contracts where employees of the executing turnkey contractor have designed, the engineering design company/ies who shall execute the engineering design services shall document up until 3 reference projects with comparative value, with information as stated in point 1 above, as well as which phases the assignment was performed in.
