A new approx. 400 m long road shall be constructed from the existing roundabout in Heimdalsvegen to a new roundabout in Industriveien. Some of the buildings in the road section shall be demolished. The road shall go through a culvert below the Dovre Line. The length of the culvert is approx. 29 metres with a width of 13-20 m and with a free headroom of 4,9 m. The construction of the culvert is geotechnical demanding with up to 12 m deep excavation works. A considerable amount of the excavated masses in the project must be treated as contaminated masses. 2 provisional tracks for the Dovre Line and 1 track for the Heggstadmoen goods station must be established for the culvert construction works. Comprehensive pile works are expected. When the culvert is completed, the railway traffic shall return back to permanent tracks above the culvert in such a way that the road construction can be completed. Noise-deflection walls shall be constructed and façade measures shall be implemented.135 000 000

A signed self-declaration on conduct.

The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
