Rogaland fylkeskommune shall build a new department for adapted education at Jåttå sixth form college in Stavanger. The school offers both vocational and university-preparatory education and has approx. 1 100 students. The premises that currently house adapted education at Hinna shall be sold, and a new building shall be erected on the southern end of the site at the main school. The education will take place in small groups with increased staffing. The students are armed to master a better work life or everyday life by the completion of their schooling. The department will have 65 students, of which 30 will be undertaking every day life training and 35 will be undertaking work training. There are approx. 60 employees.

all Norwegian tenderers who submit tender offers shall present
tax certificates for VAT and for tax. Tax certificates shall not be more than six months, from the tender deadline.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The turnkey contractor shall have the economic ability to execute the contract. For each of the last two fiscal years (2014 and 2015), tenderers must have had a documented revenue of a minimum of
200 000 000 NOK. Documentation: Copies of the annual financial statements
for respectively the last two years should be enclosed.
The Contracting Authority will obtain credit ratings from
Experian. The turnkey contract shall as a minimum be credit worthy. Foreign companies must enclose a credit rating from a certified
credit assessment company.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The turnkey contractor shall have the professional competence to carry out
the project. A minimum of three reference shall be enclosed that
demonstrate that the company has had assignments of relevant size and complexity during the last ten years. Please provide the project name, type of project, tenderer's role, developer/builder, completion date, size, cost, as well as the name and telephone number/email of a contact person.
