The goal of the procurement is to establish contracts for IT support for Customs inspections. This includes, but is not restricted to, systems for intelligence and analysis, selection of objects for Customs inspection, etc. in order to increase the accuracy and efficiency of the department's Customs inspection work. The procurement is for both standard systems and the accompanying adaptations, possibly also for system development where standard systems are not adequate.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation:
— Tax and VAT certificate;
— Company Registration Certificate;
— Certificates for registration in professional registers as determined by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: Sufficient economic and financial standing is required to fulfil the contract.
Documentation:
— The company's last annual report to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, or another register in the country where the tenderer is established and recent information that is of relevance for the company's accounting figures;
— The company's last auditor approved Annual Financial Statements or extracts thereof;
— Statement of the company's turnover in recent years, which is significant for this contract.

Qualification requirement:
— Tenderers must have sufficient organisation/manpower that substantiates the ability to handle the procurement in questions, including sufficient technical and professional capacity in their personnel and any sub-suppliers (called implementational ability);

— Relevant experience is required from at least three (3) equivalent assignments in the last three (years), in which the tenderer has delivered systems to a customer.

— Tenderers must document their manpower in regard to technical and professional capacity of their own personnel and any sub-suppliers. In addition tenderers shall enclose documentation of their organisation that shows an ability to handle the vision in the procurement;

— Tenderers must document relevant experience, including a statement of the deliveries' extent, value, date and recipient;
— Tenderers must also document experience with iterative and efficient implementation models in the relevant assignments.
