A mandate is in the tender documentation. We would like, amongst other things, a mapping of routines, practice and internal control of the registration, distribution, processing control and archiving of building applications.
Are there significant or serious deviations from the period 2010-2013, which ought to/should have been discovered in autumn 2013?
How has the personnel follow-up of the person charged been since September 2013?
The deadline for submitting the report to the control committee is 22.11.2016, including a presentation in the meeting. In practice, the actual report must be available a few days beforehand.
