The Norwegian Armed Forces and The Norwegian Defence Material Agency need an internet based solution for recruiting to civil positions to ensure effective and secure management. There are strict requirements for security, performance and user friendliness for the solution that shall be procured. Currently there are over 5 000 civil employment places in The Norwegian Armed Forces and The Norwegian Defence Material Agency. Between 400 and 600 civil positions are announced annually. Tender offer in connection with the current procurement must have a price mechanism that takes into account an increase or reduction in this volume, including that the Solution must be able to be used in further sections of the defence sector in Norway as needed.
