The framework agreements involve consulting and executing brokerage and valuation appraisal services for various properties in the international property portfolio. The market value of our properties shall form the basis for decisions in connection with rent expenditure, property acquisitions, and sales of properties and/or development.
The following three business areas shall mainly be covered by the agreement:
— Consulting brokerage services.
— Brokerage services in connection with property sales/acquisitions.
— Third-party valuation based on ‘Desk-top’ study.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
Credit rating report, not older than 3 months, from Dun & Bradstreet, Lindorff Decision or an equivalent approved credit rating agency. If there is no credit report, the tenderer may alternatively enclose accounting statements, with the auditor's report, for the last financial year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. The tenderer must have sufficient capacity, including international joint venture partners.
2. Tenderers are required to have a good ability to fulfil the contract, good professional qualifications, as well as broad experience from various brokerage and valuation assignmnets of an equivalent nature and complexity.
3. The assignee for brokerage service and valuation assessments in Norway, must be an authorised real estate agent/ business property broker, or hold equivalent qualifications.
The tenderer's international joint venture partner(s) shall have equivalent qualifications in accordance with the requirements in the country of which the service is provided.
Documentation:
An overview of the number of employees in the company and the number of employees with relevant professional competence in Norway and foreign joint venture partners
An overview of a minimum of 3 different reference projects with a transferable value in the last 5 years with information on:
— the name of the project,
— contracting authority,
— the project's size in m2 and cost,
— type of building,
— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT,
— the firm's assignments/role in the project,
— an account of how the assignments were carried out.
A copy of an authorised property valuation certificate/certified REV, or authorisation as a business property broker.
A description of the organisation of the international presence, and documentation of the assignee(s) qualifications in the form of a self-declaration that confirms that the requirements are fulfilled.
