The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (henceforth referred to as OD) shall enter into a framework agreement with 1 provider for internal maintenance of our premises in Stavanger. Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate.
Tenderers shall document that the contract is legally established. Documentation requirement: Company registration certificate.
The service provider shall have liability insurance for terms normal for this type of service. The insurance shall cover liability for damaged caused to the contracting authority, the contracting authority's service providers or a third party and property by the service provider and his sub suppliers in connection with the execution of the assignment. Documentation requirement: A statement regarding insurance services, preferably a copy of the relevant insurance certificate.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from minimum three equivalent contracts. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts in The description must include an indication of the contract dates and recipient (name, telephone no. and e-mail address). References must be contactable if necessary, to clarify the relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.
