Romerike Avfallsforedling IKS (ROAF) [Romerike Waste Processing Company]

ROAF, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs to procure various property insurances, see annexes 2-5. The main intention of the procurement is to achieve optimum prices and terms for the company's property insurance for the next 4-year period. The contracting authority shall, as a starting point, establish a contract with 1 tenderer, but is open to alternative solutions if this is advantageous for the company.

The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of tax and VAT.

The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. The tenderer is required to be credit worthy and have satisfactory liquidity, profitability and financial solidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall have enough personnel and material resources to be able to carry out the assignment in accordance with the contracting authority's needs.

Tenderers shall describe the company's routines/internal control in order to ensure that the delivery is in accordance with the agreed quality.

References. — Two (2) references shall be enclosed with the tender.
