Purchase of insurance of persons, accident insurance and travel insurance for the municipality.
Lot 1 and 2:
Insurance of persons for employees in accordance with the Main Agreement's conditions and in accordance with the law about occupational injury.
— Group life insurance
The main agreement's§ 10.
— Occupational injury insurance
The Occupational Injury Insurance Act.
The main agreement's§ 11.
Full-time and part-time politicians have the same insurances as other municipal employees.
There is a need for accident insurance with equivalent coverage scope as the Main Agreement § 11 for the other politicians that are neither full-time or part-time employees.
Lot 2 and 3:
Accident insurance for employees who participate in the municipality's company sports teams. The insurance applies to activities organised by the company sports teams.
Accident insurance for volunteers who have entered into written agreement with Trondheim kommune on volunteering.
Travel insurance for employees and politicians. We also want a form of travel insurance for foster-home placed children where the Contracting Authority is responsible for the care. There shall be verbatim terms for the foster-home placed children as well as employees and politicians.
Participants named in point 1.4 concerns only lot 1 and lot 2.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
— Company Registration Certificate
— Approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway [Finanstilsynet] to operate insurance activities in Norway.
— The tenderer tax and VAT payments shall be in order.
—Tax Certificate for tax and VAT, not older than six months.
—Norwegian tenderers who are not VAT obliged must provide confirmation of this from the Norwegian tax authorities.
— Foreign tenderers must submit certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— List of the most important, relevant deliveries or services performed during the past three years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients.
— Personnel that the tenderer has at their disposal to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not, and the availability of offered personnel.
— Statement of quality assurance system/ quality management system.
If the company is certified, evidence of the certification must be attached.
— The company's environmental status should be confirmed by completing the enclosed form. Environmental requirements for the company, annex 5.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Experience from similar assignments is required.
—The tenderer must have a well-functioning quality assurance system / quality management system
— The tenderer shall employ environmental management measures for the fulfilment of the contract.
Kontraktutførelse
Andre særlige vilkår:
— The Contracting Authority requires that the tenderer's wages and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable collective agreements or national collective agreements for the area covered by the contract.
Documentation requirement:
— The tenderer shall enclose a self-declaration confirming that wages and working conditions are in accordance with the generally applicable collective agreements or national collective agreements, see appendix 6.
— In those cases where sub-providers/manufacturers with manufacturing sites in countries outside the EU/EEA are used, confirmation must be given that international concordance of work environment and employee's rights are met.
