Lot 1 and 2:
Insurance of persons for employees in accordance with the Main Agreement's conditions and in accordance with the law about occupational injury.

The main agreement's§ 11.
Full-time and part-time politicians have the same insurances as other municipal employees.
There is a need for accident insurance with equivalent coverage scope as the Main Agreement § 11 for the other politicians that are neither full-time or part-time employees.
Lot 2 and 3:
Accident insurance for employees who participate in the municipality's company sports teams. The insurance applies to activities organised by the company sports teams.
Accident insurance for volunteers who have entered into written agreement with Trondheim kommune on volunteering.
Travel insurance for employees and politicians. We also want a form of travel insurance for foster-home placed children where the Contracting Authority is responsible for the care. There shall be verbatim terms for the foster-home placed children as well as employees and politicians.
Participants named in point 1.4 concerns only lot 1 and lot 2.
