The National Library wants to enter into 2 parallel framework agreements for development and consulting services on the following ICT areas:
1. Authentication and authorisation solutions;
2. Search engine solution.
The Contracting Authority is entering into framework agreements with 3 tenderers (as long as 3 valid tender offers are submitted) in each service area (parallel framework agreements).
The agreements shall make it possible for the National Library to increase the capacity of development as needed, and it shall provide better access to specialist competence as needed. These needs may vary over time.

The total value of the procurement over 4 years is estimated to be 5 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. It is anticipated that the annual value will be approx. 625 000 NOK for both of the service areas. There is high uncertainty connected to funding and the estimate must, to a greater extent than in other circumstances, be considered in light of this and is non-binding for the Contracting Authority.6 000 000
