The National Library wants to enter into 2 parallel framework agreements for development and consulting services on the following ICT areas:
1. Authentication and authorisation solutions;
2. Search engine solution.
The Contracting Authority is entering into framework agreements with 3 tenderers (as long as 3 valid tender offers are submitted) in each service area (parallel framework agreements).
The agreements shall make it possible for the National Library to increase the capacity of development as needed, and it shall provide better access to specialist competence as needed. These needs may vary over time.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreements will have a duration of 3 years, with an option on extension for 1 year, so that the maximum length will be 4 years. The extension should be given to the tenderer at the latest 60 days before the current contract expires.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience from at least 3 equivalent assignments in the service areas for which tender offers are being given (if tender offers are given on both of the service areas, 6 relevant assignments must be provided, 3 for each service area) during the last 3 years. Equivalent assignments are defined as assignments of corresponding scope (or larger), complexity and financial limit.
