Hire of cleaning personnel on rolling stock (trams and underground) — RAM-00453

Sporveien Oslo AS periodically needs to hire cleaners to cover sickness and holidays, increased workloads or for changes in traffic. This assignment is for cleaning underground carriages and trams at the main garages Ryen, Avløs, Holtet and Grefsen. Personnel can also be hired for cleaning rolling stock at the underground network's end stations.
The main assignment for the hired personnel will be to assist in planned and corrective cleaning work on carriages and carriage fixtures in accordance with the garage's maintenance programme, instructions, routines and management systems. The work shall be carried out in accordance with the cleaning instructions for each underground carriage and tram.
The hired personnel shall be a part of Cleaning and Preparation's shifts and work plans. The department carries out daily cleaning mainly at night, 7 days a week. Cleaning and Preparation has obligated itself to deliver 106 underground trains and 64 trams in 2016, cleaned and ready for every day traffic.
The tenderer will be expected to have great flexibility as regards working hours and location.
The need for hiring will vary over time in relation to workload and available internal capacity. There will also be seasonal variations, with the greatest need in the winter and at holiday times. The procured service is expected to be approx. 8 000 - 12 000 hours per annum.
