Haugen School shall be reorganised from a 1-10 grade school with 2 parallels to a primary school with 1-7 grades with 4 parallels, B4. The school is situated in 2 districts in Oslo, partly Stovner district (the Community school) and partly Alna district (the School building/Main building). The school is listed on the Cultural Heritage Management Office in Oslo's Yellow List of architecturally and culturally valuable buildings. A new building was constructed in 2015 and the Main Building was completed renovated in 2015/2016. The contract includes reconstruction and renovation of the Community School and option for the Gymnasium building from 1976.

The Gymnasium Building may possibly be ordered as an option. The scope and price will be clarified in the partnering agreement stage. The Contracting Authority has earmarked a budget sum of 10 000 000 NOK.
Option price for the delivery of a CO
Service in the claim period of 5 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— A tax and VAT certificate shall be enclosed with the tender. The certificate shall show the status of payment of taxes, advance tax deduction, garnishment, payroll tax and VAT.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall submit equivalent certificate(s).
A missing tax and VAT certificate will result in rejection of the tender.
The certificates must not be older than 6 months, from the day the certificates are available for the contracting authority. The requirements regarding tax certificate(s) apply to all underlying sub-contractors.
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures.
The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years.
A rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.
If the tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above listed documentation requirements, the Contracting Authority will evaluate other appropriate documentation.

— A description of quality assurance methods. The tenderer's own description of such measures and/or presentation of the management system/quality assurance system, possibly certificates from a third party that confirms that the tenderer has established such system);

— A description of the existing routines regarding environmental management and environmental manage measures, as well as a valid certificate from a third party verified system (e.g. ISO 14001, EMAS);
— An overview of assignments carried out during the last 5 years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important assignments. Overview and certificates should state the value, time and place the work was performed and indicate whether the works were professionally and properly completed. References should be given and the Contracting Authority given authority to contact them;
