The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

* Foreign tenderers: A confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have good experience and knowledge of this type of assignments.

Documentation requirement:

The tenderer shall present a list of equivalent assignments the previous 3 years, including the name of the company, contact person with direct telephone number and e-mail address, as well as a description of the scope of the assignment.

FLO will contact the references and ask the contact person to submit a completed form to treitehaug@u.forsvaret.no The deadline for submitting the form is 1 week.

The tenderers are asked to notify the references that FLO will make contact in the period from 5 — 7 April. The tenderer is encouraged to submit the forms to the references in advance.

Tenderers must have adequate implementation ability

Own company:

A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:

— An account of the company's business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery.

— Description of how the service provider is organised for the execution of this contract.

— A brief description of the overall quality assurance system (service system) that the tenderer will use for carrying out this contract.
