The developer shall facilitate the infrastructure for the development of the residential area Hana B3.1. A minimum of 102 and a maximum of 132 residential units shall be facilitated. Roads, pavements, foot and cycle paths and car parks shall be established in the plan. Buried waste containers at 2 different places and 1 transformer station shall be established by the roads.The main infrastructure for water supply, sewage water and surface water shall be laid, as well as cables and lighting in the area. 3 sand pits and a small play area shall be established in the residential area.In addition surface water installations, both open and closed, shall be engineered in area o_F7. The engineering of the surface water system is to be based on the existing water and sewage system and it is to comply with the emission requirements for the existing installations. A surface water route shall also be laid under national road 13, over property 38/14 and down to the channel.In addition to what shall be developed in the detailed plan for area B3.1, the following measures are engineered and shall be developed as a part of this contract:— Expansion of the pavement along the northern side of Kyrkjevegen up to property 38/33, including narrow areas.— New pavement along the southern side of Kyrkjevegen up to property 38/33, including narrow areas.— New water pipeline in Kyrkjevegen from the area to the pressure station by property 38/33— New noise reduction screens by properties 38/445, 1135, 325— Access road with a pavement into the area, o_KV6, up to profile 170— Public play areas o_LEK4 og o_LEK5 as well as recreational area o_F8— Noise reduction screen/mound along national road 13, o_AVG.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The site works are included as an option. The amount of site work applies to construction stage 1 (see point A2.4) and this is uncertain where site plans have not yet been prepared. The amount will be regulated but the price per unit is fixed. The contractor will be responsible for the engineering design services for their own work on the sites. It is a prerequisite that the site work, where several contractors work on the site simultaneously, start before the road, water and sewage installations are completed. The road, water and sewage contractor must take this into consideration when submitting a price.
