The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with a general manager who shall attend to the Foundation's operations. See the detailed description in the requirement specification. The estimated contract value is 600 000 NOK per annum. The volume is based on historical data and is not binding for the contracting authority.
The main assignment shall be priced as an annual fixed price, excluding VAT All costs for the main assignment shall be included in the fixed price. The number of housing transfers will vary per annum and shall therefore be estimated, in addition to the main assignment. Price per housing transfer, including all costs therefore shall be stated.
