The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a contract for the delivery of a general landscape plan for Madla — Revheim. The plan shall determine the principles and general terms for the public outside areas within the planning area and provide guidelines on how the sub areas are to be developed in the next stage. The landscape plan is both a guideline that shall determine the main terms and a programme that shall define the contents of the blue-green structure, terrain forming, heights of the terrain as well as systems for handling surface water.
The contract has 2 parts. Part 1 comprises point 3.1 in the attached requirement specifications (annex 2). Part 2 comprises point 3.2. Tenders are wanted for both parts 1 and 2 and the contracting authority reserves the right to only enter into a contract for part 1.
The plan shall be prepared by experts within landscape architecture, water and sewage engineering and geotechniques.
