The contract shall cover the municipality's entire requirement for general insurances, comprising 197 municipal vehicles, approx. 200 municipal properties with accompanying buildings, a total area of approx. 202 000 m² (business properties, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, residences), Crime insurances, Burglary/Robbery insurances, Valuables, Liability insurance for Building Owners, Liability insurance for the municipality.The municipality needs the insurance service to also cover follow-up, from the damages are registered and until the damages are repaired. The municipality requests active guidance in risk prevention measures/security regulations. The municipality needs access to invoice information, damage case documents and updated insurance policy information.
