Gand sixth form college BT3 — Contract U70 Outdoor works

Contract U70 is an execution contract for outdoor works. This assignment includes Gand sixth form college; construction stage 3 (also referred to as BT3), which is the third and last development stage; the largest contract of all development contracts for Gand sixth form college.
The area stretches from the north most part of the construction site (Hoveveien/Austråttbakken) and includes Pilabakken in south. The area is approx. 5 200 m².
The contract includes i.a.: a schoolyard made of paving stones, cycle sheds, 140 consecutive metres noise fences, construction works for a road in a protected zone, an amphitheatre made of granite, planting of green areas, etc.
The construction site is narrow and Buildings E and C shall be completed simultaneously with the outdoor works. The outdoor works shall be executed from the end of April 2017 and up until the middle of October 2017. The works shall also be executed throughout the entire summer/general staff holiday.
