The tender shall contain VAT and tax certificates, not more than 6 months old.

If the tenderer is a working partnership (a supplier consortium), a declaration of joint and several liability to the developer and third parties must be enclosed with the tender offer.

The tenderer shall have a system and routines that ensure that the HSE work is operated in a systematic manner in accordance with the internal control regulations.
