The framework agreement applies for two years, with the right for the municipality to extend the agreement with 1 year + 1 year, so that the maximum agreement period can be up to 4 years.

Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
With assignments that are awarded through sub competitions, security is required in accordance with NS 8406.
Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem:
Invoices/instalment invoices shall be sent electronically at least one time per month or as soon as possible after the assignment is completed. The set up for electronic invoicing will be gone over at the signing of contract. Invoice must be accompanied by the necessary basis for control, and must be labelled with the name of the municipality's project manager and project no. and/or name.
