3 framework agreements shall be entered into.The scope of transport assignments is difficult to estimate as the agreement primarily shall cover the requirement for transport in situations with numerous asylum seeker arrivals. It is difficult to predict when this occurs. The estimated total value of the framework agreements spans between approx. 1 000 000 NOK to 30 000 000 NOK during the entire 4 year agreement period.It is also possible that the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration changes the task management, which consequently will influence the transport requirement. The exact scope of the services in the agreement period is therefore difficult to stipulate. Consequently the Directorate of Immigration is not bound by this estimate.
