Statsbygg [The Directorate of Public Construction and Property], c/o the Professional Resource Centre, Technical section, invites tenderers to an open tender competition for a framework agreement for electro consultancy services.
The professional resource centre is a division in Statsbygg and comprises several different professional units who provide professional consultancy services in Statsbygg's building and administration projects. In periods, The Technical Section (FT) has large quantities of work and therefore needs to gather external capacity. We therefore wish to enter into framework agreement with an electro consultant.

Examples of the relevant tasks are:— participation in the preparation of the construction program using dRofus;— preparation of tender documents for the hiring of consultants and contractors, as well as completion of tender evaluation at the Procurements department;— assist the project management with electro discipline questions;— review and quality control of designed materials, as well as monitoring and control of engaged contractors;— assist project management during the construction phase by supervising that Statsbygg's requirements are followed;— engineering design of smaller projects.The working language is Norwegian. Statsbygg's templates and procedures shall be followed.
