Hyppighet av kontraktene som skal tildeles:

The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years with an option for extension of a further 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms, with the exception of agreed price regulation.

In connection with the individual call-offs, the assignments will be more defined and specified, including its duration and scope. Typically a call-off will have a period of execution of 1 to 3 months.

With call-offs, there will be a response time of 1 to 2 weeks with minor assignments (duration < 1 month) from when the order is presented until the assignment shall begin Any larger assignments (duration > 1 month) must be agreed in the individual circumstances.

The work will be remunerated by the hour and/or in combination with a fixed price within an agreed framework ceiling for hours worked.

Our need for internal audit services is continually assessed and call-offs will occur as needed. The Contracting Authority has not previously had a similar agreement and cannot say anything about the scope of the agreement, but it is anticipated to be < FTE.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate*, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Satisfactory solidity and the economic capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract are required.

Credit evaluation/rating*, not older than 1 month, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain your credit evaluation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers are required to have secure implementation ability (capacity).

Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided between administration and production in the requested specialist areas.

Tenderers must have high competence in auditing with emphasis on internal audits.

Separate account of available competence and their experience with performing internal audits.

Significant experience from similar assignments for private and/or public contracting authority/authorities.

List of important deliveries and services performed during the last 3 years containing information on the contracting authority, assignment content, assignment value and point in time of the execution.

The tenderer shall document that they have satisfactory quality assurance systems for the applicable service for the assignment.

Statement/self-declaration with reference to content in the KS system and it's physical structure.
