The municipalities invite tenderers to an open tender contest for the establishment of a framework agreement for the delivery of vehicles to its entities/user places. These will be, amongst others, home based services and technical operations. The framework agreement covers operational leasing and the procurement of vehicles. Each municipality will have call-offs for vehicles as needed. Most of the contract will be for leasing.

Tenderers can submit a total tender for all the vehicle groups 1-8, or divide up the tender and submit a tender for one or several vehicle groups. Attention is drawn to the fact that a total tender must be submitted for each vehicle group, i.e. total for vehicle group 1 (a and b) passenger cars, total for vehicle group 2 (a and b) as well as total for vehicle group 4 (a and b). Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of a vehicle group, only for the entire vehicle group. The tender letter shall clearly state which vehicle groups the tender is for. Attention is drawn to the fact that for vehicle groups 6,7 and 8, the total sum will not form the basis of the evaluation of the award criterium price. This is only an option that the contracting authority can choose to take up in the contract period.
