The service includes tradesman services such as minor renovation, modernisation, improvements and new installations including such as smaller renovations, maintenance, rehabilitation, modernising, improvements and smaller new installations including materials used, to the Contracting Authority's entities.
Tenderers of carpentry and joinery services shall be responsible for their sub-contractors, as specified above. This means that the tenderer shall be responsible, coordinate and follow up (foreman) in respect to sub-contractors that the tenderer appropriates in this procurement. The primary specialist area will be carpentry and joinery services. We have less need for sub-contractors.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1. Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the service provider is established.

2. Requirement: The tenderer shall have good conduct. Documentation requirement: The tenderer shall confirm in a self-declaration that the requirements in Annex B are met.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

3. Requirement: Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: A tax certificate, not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. Tax certificate means: For Norwegian tenderers: A tax and VAT certificate issued by the Tax Collection Office. Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

4. Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: The Contracting Authority will use Proff Forvalt (Eniro Norge) to assess fulfilment of the requirement. Therefore it is not necessary for the tenderer to submit this documentation. The tenderer is required to have a minimum credit rating of ‘Moderate Risk’ from Proff Forvalt (Eniro Norge). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to demand/obtain further information in order to verify that the tenderer fulfils the requirement. If a tenderer chooses to use a parent company to fulfil the requirement, a parent company guarantee must be enclosed. The Contracting Authority will then use Proff Forvalt to assess the parent company's credit rating. Documentation requirement for foreign tenderers: A credit assessment/rating based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment/rating shall be conducted by a certified credit-rating institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

5. Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient ability to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: A brief and general description of the activities shall be given, including: -A report of the company's business ideas and core competencies related to the scope of delivery. -An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business. -Tenderers can choose to rely on other companies' capacity to meet the technical and professional qualification requirements. Tenderers must, in such an event, document the resources of the companies on which he will rely and prove that he will have the requisite resources from these companies at his disposal in the contract period, by, for example presenting a declaration of commitment -Annex D, guarantee, co-operation agreement or similar. Documentation on the technical and professional qualifications of the companies that the tenderer will rely on must also be enclosed. This applies regardless of the legal nature of the connection between the companies, i.e. that the supporting companies can either be the tenderer's parent company, another company in the same group, a co-operation partner, or similar.

7. Requirement: Tenderers shall have good competence/relevant experience from similar contracts. Documentation requirement: The tenderer shall enclose certificates (max. 5) from similar deliveries during the last 3 years. The certificates shall be signed or confirmed in writing by the contracting authority for the different deliveries, and shall, as a minimum, include: — A short description of the delivery. —Time of execution. —Scope of the delivery in monetary amount. —Name and telephone number for the reference person at the Contracting Authority. If it is not possible to acquire signed or verified attestations, the tenderer shall provide a list of all relevant assignments from the last three years, with descriptions according to the above points. The Contracting Authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.

8. Requirement: The tenderer shall have internal routines that ensure low environmental impact. Documentation requirement: An account of existing routines that document that the requirement is met. If the tenderer is not certified, a brief account shall be provided that describes how the environment is safeguarded in the company's activities and during the production/sale of goods and/or services, particularly in regard to handling of waste and sanitation.

9. Requirement: The tenderer who shall perform work in Norway should be connected with a publicly certified apprenticeship scheme. This requirement applies only for the disciplines of carpentry/joinery that are the primary delivery. The tenderer shall present documentation that they are connected with a publicly certified apprenticeship scheme.
