The Contracting Authority, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Region east, has a coordinated practice for attention related to retirement, anniversaries and occasions. This practice is based on a directive from the Directorate of Public Roads; ‘Appreciations and gifts - NA circular letter 15/12’ from 15.11.2012. The Contracting Authority would like tenders for a framework agreement for gift certificates that can be used in connection with the above described occasions.
