Volume can vary dependent on the municipality's investments and new construction projects, changes in need, the market situation and political decisions.The Contracting Authority reserves the right to collect other tender offers (not use the framework agreement) where fees are assessed to exceed 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.Framework agreement with 2 year duration from 1.1.2017 to 1.1.2019. The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the contract for a further 1 year + 1 year in accordance with the terms named in the contract.4 000 000

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation Requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers: equivalent certificates as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation Requirement: The certificate must not be more than 6 months old. Regulation §8-7.
A certificate for paid duties issued either by the local Tax Office or the Tax Collection Office where the tenderer's head office is located.
1. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
The supplier must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Good solidity is required.
Documentation Requirement: The tenderer shall submit a credit rating from an approved credit rating company, which shows that the tenderer is credit worthy. The credit rating shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have sufficient capacity and professional qualification to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations in accordance with the tender documentation.
Documentation Requirement: — Organisation chart with description of personnel that the tenderer has at their disposal in the requested services/disciplines for fulfilment of the contract.
Minimum 3 persons with construction manager competence shall be put forward to the Contracting Authority. CVs should be submitted for offered personnel.
— An account of the tenderer's average workforce during the last 3 years.
— The Tenderer is expected to be provide 1 of the offered persons within 21 days after each request. It is assumed that 1 of the offered persons shall be made available.
Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
The Contracting Authority has requirements for the tenderers. There are requirements regarding the tenderer's technical qualifications and financial and economic position. The qualification requirements shall be documented. Requested documentation must be attached to the tender offer.

The evaluation of whether the tenderer is qualified, is undertaken on the basis of the submitted documentation.
The Contracting Authority is obliged to reject tenderers if conditions according to PPR § 20 -12 first paragraph are present.
The Contracting Authority can reject tenderers if conditions according to PPR § 20-12 second paragraph, letter a-g are present.
Otherwise in accordance with the tender document.
