Each year the Stortinget's Administration carries out a series of construction and renovation projects on the Stortinget's buildings. A contract shall thus be signed with one tenderer for painting and wallpapering work. Stortinget's administration maintains and develops buildings with a combined area of 68 000 m2. In addition, it owns commuter residences (10 000 m2), mainly two and three room apartments in Oslo. A large number of the buildings are listed, and building and renovation work for these buildings will have to be carried out in accordance with the antiquarian guidelines and in co-operation with Riksantikvaren [The Directorate for Cultural Heritage]. Tenderers shall have relevant expertise and experience in the field. Please note that a significant amount of the construction work will occur in the assembly free period, i.e. in the period from 20 June up to and including 30 September each year. The tenderer who is awarded the contract must reckon on an immediate start-up after the contract has been signed.

An overview shall be provided of the five most relevant assignments carried out by the tenderer (company) during the last 5 years. The following information must be given for each of the reference projects:
— Name of the contracting authority
— The project's name/assignment's name
— Size of the project and its content (description of the property/building, information on whether the work that was carried out was on a listed or historical building)
— What work was included in the contract (type of painting and wallpapering work, maintenance, renovation, newer or older buildings, listed or historical buildings, new builds etc.)
— Contract value
— Time of execution of the contract.
