All agreements subject to competitive tendering shall be entered into between the contracting authority and a single legal person. The Contracting Authority currently has not completed the terms of agreement that shall regulate the procurement, but it is anticipated, without obligation, that these will be structured as follows:— Framework agreement, with a maximum duration of four years, that i.a. Fixes terms for call-off contracts regarding delivery of goods, consultancy services.— Maintenance agreement, with a maximum duration of four years, that regulates further defined current maintenance services, including user support, error correction as well as communicating respectively patches and functional upgrading of software.The combine value of the procurement, including the value of contracts The contract's economic extent, including the value of contracts founded under the framework agreement as well as the value of the ongoing maintenance contract, is estimated without any obligation, to be between 20 000 000 NOK and 40 000 000 NOK.20 000 00040 000 000
