The contract has a duration of 1 year. The Contracting Authority has a unilateral right on an option in the form of extensions of 1 year at a time up to 3 times (maximum agreement period is 4 years).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall have submitted their tax, employer contributions and VAT assessments. Documented by: Certificate for tax, employer contributions and VAT. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the submission of applications. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, tax certificates must be provided for them as well.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documented by: The company's most recent annual report, including any new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
The tenderer (firm) must be creditworthy. Documented by: An extended credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit company, which includes a credit rating of the tenderer, typically given by a letter or short text, as well as an explanation thereof. The minimum rating should be equivalent to credit worthy. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must be certified by a professional register/inspection authority as mandated in the law in the country where the tenderer is established. Documented by: Printout from the license register verifying approval/license issued by the national authority to operate the concerned business activity.

The tenderer's management and employees and any sub-contractors shall have high ethical standards and professional business conduct. Documented by: Completed and signed self-declaration regarding ethical requirement.
The tenderer is obliged to have wages and working conditions for their own employees and hired persons that as a minimum fulfils the requirements in accordance with the Working Environment Act and the at any given time valid nationwide tariff agreement for the relevant industry. The tenderer is further obliged to continue these provisions in contracts with any sub-contractors. Documented by: A completed and signed self-declaration on wages and working conditions.
