Framework agreement LARK — landscape architecture — Restricted tender competition with a pre-qualification

Type: Framework agreement — NS8402. Two stage procedure with prequalification. Lowest price and minimum requirements for education and experience. The 5 lowest prices will be pre-qualified. The prequalified companies will be invited to an interview.
Award criteria.
The interview will be held by a panel consisting of different actors in Kristiansand municipality.
The 3 tenderers who get the highest number of points in the interview will be offered a contract. The company nominated as number 1 will be asked first about assignments. When number 1 does not have the capacity, number 2 will be offered the assignment. etc.
Date: from 15.2.2016. Extent: 2 years + 1 year extension + 1 year extension.
Information to tenderers: Extent of the service, see ‘Service Description LARK’. Prepared description/description of amounts in, amongst other things, NS 8405/06/07 contracts. The extent will be adjusted for each individual project.
Tenderers are not obliged to reserve resources for the contracting authority in order to provide services to the contracting authority at short notice.
All assignments shall be carried out in Norwegian.
