The Contracting Authority wants to enter into framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of installation materials.
Please note that the majority of the purchasing volume is for the sixth form colleges for student activities (electro trade).
The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the purchase and delivery of the following products groups of installation materials:
Cables and pipes etc. (group 10).
End terminations, cable distribution cabinet etc. (group 11).
Pipe-box, roof-box and wall-lbox, connection materials etc. (group 12).
Fasteners etc. (group 13).
Switches and wends etc. (group14).
Socket outlets, plugs etc. (group 15).
Change-over switches etc. (group 16).
Fuse boxes and cabinets, racks etc. (group 17).
Insulation and soldering materials etc. (group 18).
Contact pressing materials (group 20).
Steel and aluminium lockers etc. (group 24).
Cabinets and accessories of silicon and insulative material etc. (group 25).
Line materials etc. (group 28).
Annealing fixtures, interior (group 30).
Annealing fixtures, external (group 31).
Floodlights and effect lighting (group 32).
Motors etc. (group 40).
Start devices etc. (group 41).
Operating materials, circuit breakers, motor protecting switches etc. (group 43).
Electronic control systems etc. (group 45).
Fans and heating fans etc. (group 49).
Electric heaters and thermostats etc. (group 54).
Signal equipment, alarm systems and batteries (group 62).
Signal distribution installation (group 63).
Communications devices (group 64).
Antenna and satellite equipment (group 65).
Electricity supply and emergency light system (group 66).
Connection materials for tele/data etc. (group 69).
Instruments (group 80).
Meters and meter re-coupling etc. (group 82).
Tools etc. (group 88).
For group 88, this framework agreement only applies for the four stated products in the price form, Annex 8, other assortments in this product group are in another framework agreement STFK has on ‘tools’.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax certificate Tax and VAT — Requirement: The tenderer shall have their affairs in order in relation to payment of Taxes. Documented by: A certificate for Tax and VAT. The certificate must not be more than six months old when calculated from the deadline for submission of the tender offer. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to engage sub-suppliers, certificates for them must also be submitted. In Norway the certificates are issued by The Norwegian Tax Administration. Tenderers from other countries shall enclose equivalent certificates from the country where the tenderer is established.

Annual accounts — Requirement: The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment. Documentation: Annual accounts, including the board's annual report and auditor's report.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Quality assurance system/management system — Requirement: The services that are to be provided must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system. Documentation: A statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, or similar documentation.

Experience — requirement: The tenderer shall have experience from a minimum of two equivalent assignments during the last three years, equivalent assignments means assignments for large government organisations. Documentation: Description of the tenderer's two most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the contract's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The tenderers must substantiate the assignments' relevance through the description.
