The Norwegian Public Roads Administration needs various specialised competence, urgent assignments and access to consultants at various locations within Operations, which has given rise to a challenge to get access to the right competence at the right time. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would therefore like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can effectively facilitate good candidates within the requested areas.
The consultant facilitator shall be a complete responsible contract party for all the call-offs under the framework agreement with Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 tenderer, i.e. when consultancy services are needed, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration will, as a starting point, ask the preferred tenderer in this framework agreement. The framework agreement will involve a right, but not an obligation for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration to hold call-offs and procure services. The framework agreement does not include any obligations in relation to the value or scope of the procured services during the agreement period. The contracting authority also has some ongoing contracts with various expiry dates, which can be integrated into this contract in the long term.
