The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years from the start of contract, with an option for the contracting authority to extend with 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
A tax and duty certificate shall be enclosed with the tender that shows the status for the payment of: — Tax, advanced tax deduction, garnishments, employer contribution and VAT.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall submit equivalent certificate(s).
A missing tax and VAT certificate will result in rejection of the tender. The certificates should not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The provisions regarding tax and duties certificate(s) shall apply equally to all underlying sub providers relationships.

The tenderer must be a legally established company. A certificate of company registration must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.

If the tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above listed requirements, the Contracting Authority will evaluate other appropriate documentation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A list of the most important deliveries or executed assignments/services over the last 3 years, hereunder information on value, time frame, as well as name of the contracting authority (private or public). Deliveries to public contracting authorities shall be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority in question. If the service was for a private party, the certificates shall be issued or confirmed by them.

Information on the education and professional qualifications at the tenderer and the company's administrative management and in particular for the persons who will be responsible for carrying out assignments in the framework agreement: Competence matrix and organisation chart with detailed information such as CVs and certificates, master certificate, craft certificate, authorisations, certifications, etc.
