Framework agreement for the purchase of environmental consultancy

There is a need for environmental consultancy and assistance in The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy's ongoing work. Particular cases where environmental competence will be needed, are for example the licensing rounds, both the numbered and awards in predefined areas, updating and reviews of the management plans for Norwegian maritime areas, including the review of The Management Plan for The Barents Sea and the maritime areas off Lofoten that the government has decided to review in 2020, cases that concern production and operation for petroleum deposits, seismic acquisition and the fisheries sector etc. The Ministry needs accessible and quickly mobilised environment consultancy in the ongoing processes and in routine matters.

Qualification requirements.
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, in which, amongst other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.

— A credit rating with key figures from a certified credit rating company or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

Qualification requirements
Tenderers must have carried out at least three deliveries in the last three years with relevance for this assignment. By relevant deliveries, we mean environmental consultancy of equivalent scope and natures as described in point 2.1) above and Annex 1.
