Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate
— Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.
— Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating institution.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The quality of the service:
1) Journalistic/text professional competence;
2) Skills in communication services;
3) Good knowledge of and experience from work with knowledge intensive environments;
4) Ability and systems for media distribution;
Documentation requirements:
1) CVs for the offered personnel with description of key projects and the offered personnel's function in the projects.
2) 3 recent copies of articles/reports prepared by the offered personnel.
3) 3 recent examples that can verify this.
4) Distribution systems.
Implementation ability
The tenderer must have very good implementation ability and capacity.
Documentation requirement:
A statement of the service provider's workforce, equipment, systems and other resources required for the implementation of the contract/assignment.
Quality assurance system:
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
A statement of the service provider's quality assurance and quality management systems.
Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
The tenderer must have the affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
— Tax and VAT certificate (not more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders).
— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
