Norsk Helsenett intends to enter into parallel framework agreements that shall cover:— Procurements within the product portfolio from the manufacturer Veeam.— Maintenance services of Norsk Helsenett's existing Veeam portfolio.The framework agreement will be for 2 years, with a unilateral option for NHN for an extension for 1+1 year, so that the maximum length will be 4 years. If call-off contracts have a duration beyond the duration of the framework agreement, the full provisions of the framework agreement apply until the call-off contract has expired.The call-offs on this framework agreement are estimated to make-up a total value of 2 000 000 - 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT for the contract period. The estimate is subject to great uncertainty. The estimate of the extent is not binding for the total volume of the assignment and guarantees cannot be given for any specific volume in the contract period.Norsk Helsenett reserves the right to make separate tender requests if there are needs in the contract period that the framework agreement suppliers cannot cover.2 000 0003 000 000
