The introduction centre will enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of second hand furniture for the establishment of residences for refugees in Drammen municipality.
The municipality houses 170 refugees each year.
The introduction centre is responsible for furnishing refugee residences with fittings consisting of standard furniture packages.
The packages include: Dining table with chairs, sofa, coffee table, desk, bed with a mattress and top mattress, child bed with a new mattress, ‘tripp-trapp’ child chair, standing lamp, mirror, rugs, curtains, kitchen equipment and some tool sets.
The furniture packages must be adapted to the number of persons who shall live in the flat. It will be a procurement where the supplier shall assist in obtaining the furniture. The housing manager from the introduction centre shall cooperate with the supplier in this process. The refugees shall also be able to choose and collect furniture. The refugees and the centre's employees shall have a key and continual access to the supplier's stores, where they can choose/reserve relevant furniture.

Certificate for tax and VAT. Requirement: Tenderer must comply with tax laws and regulations. The tenderer is required to submit a certificate for tax and VAT. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months, from the tender deadline. Documentation for this must be submitted with the tender in the form of a certificate for paid tax and VAT issued by either the Tax Collector or Tax Office.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation: —Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. If a tenderer cannot be credit rated, the approved accounting figures from the last 2 years shall be enclosed with the tender.

Requirement: Documentation thereof must be submitted the tender in the form of a Company Registration Certificate not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
