Frøya municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for sale and alcohol licence inspections.The municipality is responsible for carrying out inspections on the alcohol turnover in the municipality, cf. the Turnover of Alcoholic Drinks Act dated 2.6.1989 No 27 with the accompanying regulations dated 8.6.2005. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the professional provision of the sale and alcohol inspection service.The sale and alcohol inspection shall be carried out pursuant to the Alcohol Act §1-9, the alcohol regulations chapter 9, the municipality's current alcohol policy action plan and any local regulations.500 000
