The Building and Property Department manages buildings of approx. 390 000 m², mainly divided between 26 sixth form colleges. The framework agreement shall cover joinery work and material for sixth form colleges and office buildings.

K 01 Certificate for tax — Requirement: It is a requirement that the tenderer does not have significant tax or VAT arrears, or that there is an approved repayment plan. Documentation: Tax certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, a tax certificate must also be provided for them. Foreign tenderers can fulfil the requirement in accordance with the provisions in the public procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).

K 02 Company Registration Certificate — Requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.
K 03 HSE self-declaration — Requirement: The tenderers shall vouch for the company working systematically to comply with the health, environment and safety legislation and that they comply with the internal control regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the company is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the contracting authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding health, safety and environment. Documentation: A signed HSE self-declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
K 04 — Credit rating — Requirement: Tenderers shall have the financial ability to fulfil the contract. Documentation: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. The tenderer must achieve a minimum rating of ‘creditworthy’. The tenderer is expected to have familiarised himself with registered information about the company and by submission of the tender accepts that the information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the tenderer's financial situation. If the tenderer knows that the requirement regarding the financial capacity to carry out the contract cannot be met via the credit rating as specified above, the tenderer can submit other documentation with the tender that confirms a satisfactory financial capacity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
K 05 — Experience. Requirement: Experience from at least 2 relevant assignments for the provision of joinery work and material. Documentation of excellent implementation ability is required. Documentation: A list of the most important deliveries or provided services in the last 3 years. The list shall contain a brief description of the assignment, the scope/value of the delivery, date and name of the customer and a short description, telephone No, email address and name of the customer's contact person. References will be contacted if necessary.

K06 — Tenderers shall have central certification for development class 2, or be able to document that the tenderer has carried out work equivalent to development class 2. Documented by: A copy of certification of the company for the right to be responsible in accordance with the Planning and Building Act for development class 2, not older than 1 year, calculated from the submission deadline expiry date, or a reference list for completed work equivalent to development class 2. The reference list shall include work completed in the last year, a description of the assignment and contact information for a reference.
