Framework agreement for the period 2016 — 2021 — engineering design management, construction management, architect, construction engineering, construction finances and municipal engineering consultancy services

Frogn kommune [Frogn municipality]

Frogn municipality, (later called the municipality), shall enter into framework agreements for the development of area plans and the execution of development projects within property and municipal engineering. It is a prerequisite that services can be provided within the following disciplines:
1. Engineering design management
2. Architect services (area planning)
3. Architect services (engineering design)
4. Interior architect services
5. Landscape architect services
6. Arborist/biology services
7. Surveying and map production
8. Geotechniques
9. Construction engineering steel/concrete
10. Construction engineering wood
11. Construction physics
12. Electro engineering
13. HVAC engineering
14. Sprinkler installations (engineering design)
15. Building automation
16. Acoustics
17. FIre engineering
18. Environment mapping and pollution
19. Environment certification (Breeam AP and auditor)
20. LCC- analysis
21. Water supply
22. Sewage engineering
23. Road and street light installations
24. Traffic planning
25. River systems engineering (hydrolog)
26. Quays and ports
27. Bridges
28. Water and sewage automation
29. Construction management
30. Construction finances (cost calculations)
Frogn municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers within each of the seven main categories:
— Engineering design management (point 1 above).
— Architect services (points 2-7 above).
— Construction services (points 8-18 above).
— Environment certification and LCC (Points 19-20 above).
— Municipal engineering services (points 21-28 above).
— Construction management (point 29 above).
— Construction finances (point 30 above).
The call-offs within each main category will be distributed almost equally between the three who are awarded a contract in the period.
Tenders can be submitted for one or several of the main categories, but tenders cannot be submitted within a single discipline for the main categories architect, construction environment certification, LCC and municipal engineering services.
