Requirement: The tenderer shall have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate. Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Copy of Company Registration Certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The tenderer must be assessed to be credit worthy or equivalent in the solidity evaluation. Documentation requirement: A solidity assessment that is not more than 6 months from the tender deadline from a government accredited credit rating institution. The credit rating must contain key figures from the company's last financial year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Requirement: Extremely good delivery capacity and implementation ability are required. Documentation Requirement: A brief and general description (maximum 2 pages) shall be given about the company. Also describe the company's business idea and core competence that is relevant for the delivery, an overview of the company's history and a description of the current business. Description of how the supplier is organised for the execution of this assignment.

(2) Requirement: The tenderer shall have good experience and necessary competence for the delivery, including nationwide solution. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall enclose a list of the 3 most important relevant assignments in recent years of equivalent complexity and extent. This is to include information on the value, number of systems and the date and recipients with reference persons. The tenderer's role in the provided reference assignments should also be described. References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment.

(3) Requirement: A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be delivered. Documentation requirement: Statement regarding the service provider's quality assurance system/ management system A concise description of the overall quality assurance system that the tenderer will use as the basis for the execution of this assignment.

(4) Requirement: Tenderers are required to be associated with an existing recycling scheme or have their own recycling system that fulfils the legal requirements for a recycling system. Documentation requirement: An account of the tenderer's membership in certified recycling schemes, or an account of existing routines that document that the requirement is fulfilled.
